The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified Consulting Engineering Firms to provide structural engineering services for the City of Cornwall on an as-needed basis for various capital works projects. The scope of work to be completed by the Proponent shall include, but not be limited to the completion of both preliminary and detailed design services, the preparation of specifications, the completion of pre-design site inspections, construction field reviews, the preparation of detailed cost estimates, the completion of structural condition assessments, peer reviews, the completion of shop drawing reviews, etc. |
