This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal and disposal of approximately 8400 square feet of existing carpeting on the first floor (main) offices (and hallways) at the Cornwall Civic Complex, and the supply and installation of new XL Luxury Vinyl Tiles / Plank flooring as per the specifications herein. The Product/color of choice is XL Flooring Traum-B 473-1 size 18”x 36”.

Should the pricing for Item #1 and #2, be favorable, it is the intent of the Corporation to also replace the flooring in the hallways and offices of the 2^nd floor at 100 Water Street. The same requirements as for the first floor shall be required and included in this Provisional Items (Item # 1P and 2P). 

Opportunity to View

An opportunity to view site visit has been organized where suppliers may inspect the site and associated equipment.  Tenders shall be accepted from suppliers who do not attend the opportunity to view site meeting.  Bids shall be accepted from suppliers who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting.
