Description: 

This project involves the supply of commercial refrigeration services in the following capacity as per the specifications in the bid document:

  • To notify the applicable City Supervisor (or Delegate) at the Cornwall Civic Complex, Benson Centre, Glen Stor Dun Lodge and other various locations, of all original equipment manufacturer's (OEM's) preventative maintenance (PM) specifications and all regulatory requirements, and upon approval, implement and/or carry-out all approved work.
  • To be available on an “as required” basis for the Cornwall Civic Complex, Benson Centre, Glen Stor Dun Lodge and other various locations. 

Service to include all necessary labour, equipment, materials, tools, consumables and transportation to perform commercial refrigeration and other similar mechanical repairs.  The contract period will be for two years commencing January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
