By this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ), the Corporation of the City of Cornwall (City) invites submissions from qualified Proponents with a minimum of ten years’ experience to qualify in accordance with the Evaluation criteria for eligibility to provide General Contractor services the Relining of Digester 1 & 2 at the Cornwall Wastewater Treatment Plant as further described in herein. This RFPQ is the first part of a two-part process and is open to all interested and qualified Proponents who wish to be considered for this project.
Opportunity to View: Location: Wastewater Treatment Plant - 2800 Montreal Rd. Cornwall, Ontario Date: May 3, 2024 at 1:00pm The site visit is an opportunity to view. Proposals will be accepted from Proponents who arrive late at this meeting or do not attend the site meeting |
