This project involves providing Professional Water Treatment Programs at The Benson Centre and The Cornwall Civic Complex and Convention Centre for a two year period with an option to extend for an additional one year period. The successful vender shall provide protections and control against scaling, corrosion and microbiological growth occurring during their treatment of the systems specified herein. The Benson Centre - Equipment 1. Quantity of 1 cooling tower servicing the arena ice plant 2. Quantity of 2 roof top air handling unit’s open evaporative cooling systems 3. Quantity of 1 closed loop hot water boiler heating system Cornwall Civic Complex and Convention Centre - Equipment 1. Quantity of 1 cooling tower servicing the arena ice plant 2. Quantity of 1 closed loop Cornwall District Heating (CDH) hot water heating system Opportunity to View An opportunity to view site visit has been organized during which bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Proponents are strongly advised to consider attending, however, this is not a mandatory meeting.
