The Corporation invites Proposals to develop and implement an advanced control and monitoring system for the Water Purification Plant (WPP) and distribution system.  The system when implemented must have
sufficient capability to successfully reduce energy and chemical usage and reduce pressure spikes to help lower distribution systems main breaks.
