The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to undertake the completion of a comprehensive 5-year Cornwall Transit Master Plan as further described in the RFP Appendix A – Terms of Reference. The objectives of the review are to assess all aspects of the performance and function of the current transit service, determine the transit needs of the City and its residents, and identify and recommend an immediate strategic 5-year Master Plan for the transit system with a detailed operations and implementation plan and a further 5- year forecast (10 years total). |
