Description

This project is for the demolition and reconstruction of the east terrace stairs (2), a portion of the east terrace balustrade walls, paver and wall joint repointing and the refinishing of the exterior handrails at the Cornwall Public Library located at 45 Second Street East. Provisional Items for the repointing of the remaining terrace pavers and balustrade wall joints is also included.
