This project consists of the supply and delivery of semi-automatic Zoll AED Plus units, cabinets, and replacement parts on an as-required basis for the City of Cornwall's Paramedic Services, located at 601 Campbell Street, Cornwall, Ontario. The contract term shall be for a period of two (2) years, with the option, at the City's sole discretion, to extend the contract for up to one (1) additional year, subject to mutual agreement. Quantities identified in the pricing schedule are estimated annual requirements only and are provided for evaluation purposes.
