The work for this project involves:  The Reconstruction and Extension of Lemay Street from St. Michel Avenue to East Limit of Municipal Works Yard including Full Road Reconstruction complete with new Sidewalks and Concrete Curb and Gutter, 200m of Storm Sewer, 90m of Sanitary Sewer and 200m of Watermain, the Construction of a Noise Attenuation wall along Municipal Works Yard, Lemay Street Utility Relocation and Municipal Works Yard Utility Relocation to St. Michel Avenue.  Substantial Completion date of December 14, 2018.
