This tender is to establish a roster list for the supply of required labour, equipment, vehicles, machinery, materials, tools, consumables, and transportation for painting services required by the City of Cornwall’s Housing Services Department. Not all locations are located within city limits. Specific projects may be excluded from this tender at the sole discretion of the City of Cornwall. The contract period will be for one year commencing from date of award to April 30, 2026 with the option to renew for one additional year in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications.
