This project involves providing Professional Water Treatment Programs at the Benson Centre and the Cornwall Civic Complex and Convention Centre for a two-year period commencing from date of award until January 31. 2027 with an option to extend for an additional one-year period. The successful supplier shall provide protection and control against scaling, corrosion and microbiological growth occurring during the treatment of the specified systems. Suppliers to include specification sheets/brochures on the equipment and method intended to be used to treat each unit including completing the specification table on page 15. The Benson Centre - Equipment 1. Quantity of 1 cooling tower servicing the arena ice plant 2. Quantity of 2 roof top air handling unit’s open evaporative cooling systems 3. Quantity of 1 closed loop hot water boiler heating system Cornwall Civic Complex and Convention Centre - Equipment 1. Quantity of 1 cooling tower servicing the arena ice plant 2. Quantity of 1 closed loop Cornwall District Heating (CDH) hot water heating system Opportunity to View An opportunity to view site visit has been organized during which suppliers may inspect the site and associated equipment.
