Technical Specifications and Drawings can be downloaded on the Bids and Tenders website: http://cornwall.bidsandtenders.ca. Plan takers must also be registered on the Bids and Tenders website. A copy of the Contract Documents may be obtained by request, with one business day notice, from the Purchasing Services Office, 100 Water Street, Cornwall Ontario, K6H 6G4, after Wednesday, February 25, 2026, on payment of Seventy-Five ($75.00) Dollars to the City of Cornwall.  A set of plans and specifications will be available for viewing at the Infrastructure Planning Records Office, 1225 Ontario Street, Cornwall, Ontario. 

Submissions must have a completed copy of the Official Bid Document Form affixed to the outside of the envelope containing the submission. 

The work for this project involves the full reconstruction of Adolphus Street from Fourth Street East to Fifth Street East, including approximately 200m of watermain, 105m of storm sewer, 170m of sanitary sewer, 460 tonnes of asphalt, 360m of barrier curb and gutter, and 332m of sidewalk.

The work for this project also involves the partial reconstruction of Bedford Street from Eighth Street West to Ninth Street West, including approximately 180m of watermain, 50m of storm sewer, 300 tonnes of asphalt, 185m of barrier curb and gutter, and 180m of sidewalk.
