This project involves the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to carry out yearly safety inspections to city owned machinery including two forklifts and a scissor lift (including all required Re-Certifications) for the City of Cornwall’s Department of Planning, Development and Recreation for the period of two years commencing from date of award, until April 30, 2028.

Specifications

Item #1 – Yearly Inspection and As Required Repair Service of Forklifts

To conduct one (1) regulatory inspection/certification, and as required repair service for our City owned Forklifts:

1. Yale 5,000 LB Counter Balance Forklift 
2. Baoli Model # KBG25 Forklift

Provide reports stating that the forklift is safe for use or provide complete information required for minor repairs. Once the repairs (if required) are complete, provide a report stating that forklift is safe for use including Re-Certification. 

Item #2 – Yearly Inspection and As Required Repair Service of Genie Lift

To conduct one (1) regulatory inspection/certification, and as required repair service for one City owned Genie Lift:

1. Genie Scissor Lift at the Civic Complex (Model # GS-3232)

Provide reports stating that the Lift is safe for use, or provide complete information required for minor repairs. Once the repairs (if required) are complete, provide a report stating that Lift are safe for use including Re-Certification
