The City of Cornwall invites Proposals from qualified Consulting Engineering Firms to provide engineering services for the reconstruction of Marleau Avenue from Alice Street to Glenview Boulevard. The scope of work to be completed by the Proponent includes the preparation of a municipal class environmental assessment addendum, designated substances studies, design reports, detailed design services for the watermain, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, road network improvements and widening, intersection improvements, the preparation of tender specifications, the completion of a geotechnical investigation, the completion of a soil quality investigation, building condition assessments of residential properties, the design for the relocation of up to twelve (12) residential buildings to accommodate the proposed road corridor widening, tendering services, cost estimates, construction administration, construction supervision, post-construction services, etc.
