The Corporation of the City of Cornwall requires the supply and delivery of oil and lubricants for various city departments as indicated in the five schedules for a two-year period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2026, with the option to extend for an additional two years, at one-year intervals as per the specifications herein. 

Suppliers must include with their bid submission electronically completed pricing schedules submitted in both hard copy and the Microsoft Excel file. Pricing schedules are found on pages 19-23 as well as being available for download at www.cornwall.bidsandtenders.com.

Prices quoted shall include all labour, material, shipping and handling, surcharges (fuel or other), environmental charges and all other costs associated with providing the products included in this tender, at no extra charge. All prices are to be based on unit pricing and must not be contingent upon a minimum order quantity. 

It is the Corporations intent that a single supplier be awarded per schedule, however, the Corporation reserves the right to award to more than one supplier to ensure all requirements are addressed that meet or exceed the minimum specifications as outlined and represent the best value to the Corporation.  The evaluation process may place more emphasis on items of high usage.
