The City of Cornwall is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services for the development of a comprehensive five-year (2026-2031) Arts and Culture/Public Arts Strategy. Creating a comprehensive Strategy will set the path forward for Cornwall to become a destination for the arts and will showcase and celebrate the diverse cultures in Cornwall, including the City’s waterfront.  It will also clarify the arts and culture needs of Cornwall residents, with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility.
