Direct link to the posting: https://www.biddingo.com/theportlands The engagement covers planning, Indigenous co-design with Akwesasne, community engagement, marine and access analysis, and feasibility work, organized around a self-sustaining economic engine. A mandatory site visit applies, with a virtual site-familiarization option for out-of-region proponents. Key dates (proposed).
