The work for this project involves the renovation of a one-storey building, originally constructed as a school, into a transitional housing facility in Cornwall, Ontario. The project will include renovation of an existing building including revisions to site services, site work, landscaping, parking, hazardous materials remediation and fit-up. Work is to include, but not limited to, all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, security, permits, disposal and incidentals required to complete the project. BIDDERS MUST COMPLETE THE TENDER REQUEST FORM AND REQUEST THE TENDER DOCUMENT FROM PURCHASING SERVICES IN ORDER FOR THEIR BID TO BE COMPLIANT.
