| Description: |
The City of Cornwall is seeking to establish a roster list of pre-qualified Contractors to provide large item removal, vacant unit clean-out, move-out cleaning, selective demolition, biohazard remediation, and related property clean-up services for the Housing Services Department on an as-required basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labour, supervision, personnel, equipment, vehicles, trailers, machinery, materials, tools, consumables, transportation, disposal services, and all other resources necessary to perform the work at locations designated by the City. Service locations may include Housing Services properties located within the City of Cornwall as well as properties located throughout the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SDG). The Contract shall commence upon award and remain in effect until August 31, 2027. |
