The City intends to pre-qualify Proponents that will be permitted to be listed as “pre-qualified” suppliers for the 4 rooftop dehumidification condensing units in the second stage competitive process. The second stage of this project is the issuance of a tender whereby HVAC Contractors will purchase and install the equipment as selected in this prequalification document.
