The Corporation of the City of Cornwall invites tenders for the provision of elevator maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and emergency response services, including all labour, materials, parts, tools, equipment, supervision, and related services required for various City of Cornwall and Cornwall Housing Services facilities for a five (5) year term commencing September 1, 2026, and ending August 31, 2031, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. This Contract includes elevator services for facilities owned and operated by the Corporation of the City of Cornwall, including municipal facilities and residential properties managed by Cornwall Housing Services. Services shall be provided within the following operating environments:
