This project is for the installation of insulated metal cladding on the 4th floor of the Justice Building.

 

Information and General Specification

 

The City of Cornwall owns the Justice Building located at 340 Pitt Street in Cornwall, Ontario. The building houses the Cornwall Police Department as well as the Social and Housing Services Department. The brick assembly on the 4th floor only is leaking and water is infiltrating the building. This tender is to remove the brickwork and install an insulated metal cladding that will not only seal the building from the elements, but also add a layer of insulation to the building.
