The Corporation of the City of Cornwall (the "Corporation") invites quotations from qualified Suppliers for the provision of snow clearing and ice control services, including all required equipment and operators, for Recreation Services facilities. The Contract shall be for an initial term of one (1) Winter Season, with the option, at the sole discretion of the Corporation, to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions. This Contract is being tendered as a hybrid seasonal contract. Routine snow clearing and ice control services shall be compensated through a fixed seasonal price for each awarded Lot. The seasonal price shall be all-inclusive and shall cover all labour, equipment, materials, operators, supervision, mobilization, travel time, fuel, disposal, overhead, profit, and all other costs necessary to perform the routine services specified in this Tender.
