The Corporation invites prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply, installation and implementation of a Universal Water Metering and AMI System. The successful Proponent will be responsible for the supply and installation of water meters (Cut-in and Replacement) with radio transmitters, the provision of an AMI data collection network with City-wide coverage, and provision of a fully functional AMI meter data collection, analysis, and management software and associated training. 
 

The Corporation has scheduled one virtual Prebid Meeting for all Proponents to be held on, November 14, 2023 at 2:00pm EST. Proponents may ask questions and seek clarifications during the Prebid meeting. Notwithstanding that the Corporation may give oral answers or other information during the site visit, those answers or information are not binding unless issued in writing as an addendum.  

Proponents are required to pre-register to attend the virtual Prebid Meeting by emailing purchasing@cornwall.ca. Once registered, a meeting invitation will be sent out with the meeting link. Registrations will be accepted until 12:00 noon on November 14, 2023.

The Prebid meeting is not mandatory. Proposals will be accepted from Proponents who do not attend the meeting.
