This tender calls for the successful contractor to provide full parts and labour for elevator service and maintenance for various City of Cornwall Buildings for a three year period. Mandatory Site Visit A mandatory site visit has been organized during which pertinent questions regarding this tender will be addressed and bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders shall not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting. Bids shall not be accepted from bidders who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting. Location: Commencing at 340 Pitt Street (Justice Building Front Lobby) Cornwall, Ontario and then continuing on to the other buildings. Date and Time: January 27, 2017 @ 1:30 pm SHARP Immediately following the conclusion of the first part, site visit attendees will be directed to the Cornwall Public Library where the site visit will continue. |
