The City of Cornwall is seeking professional services to complete a survey to determine the presence of mould for the subject property. Investigation will be required in the interior of the building. The successful bidder will also be required, on an as needed basis, for site visits in the event that mould is suspected or found when the roof of the building is removed for replacement. The successful bidder will be required to determine and delineate the areas that contain mould and ensure that the demolition contractor follows the appropriate material handling and disposal requirements. |
