The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified Engineering Consulting Firms to undertake a comprehensive review and update of the City of Cornwall Subdivision and Site Plan Manuals, to be renamed ‘Development Manual’. The scope of work to be completed by the Proponent includes consolidating the two existing manuals and creating a new combined Development Manual in consultation with the Infrastructure Department and the Planning Services Department of the City, meeting current industry standards and best practices. As a minimum, the comprehensive review and update shall contain the following: a complete review and gap analysis report of the existing Subdivision Manual and Site Plan Submission Requirements and Guidelines, background research to ensure the new consolidated Development Manual is consistent with current industry standards and best practices and provide a new updated Manual. |
