This project involves the supply and delivery of an automated traffic counting device capable of completing Automated turning movement counts (TMCs) and vehicular traffic over multiple lanes year-round in Canadian Climates. The City of Cornwall typically completes 120 to 250 intersection traffic counts per year with the help of students during the summer months. The automated intersection counting device aims to replace the manual count program and will give the City the ability to complete counts year-round.
