The work for this project involves: • Part “A” Asphalt Resurfacing on Various City Streets • Part “B” Active Transportation – New Concrete Sidewalk • Part “C” Reconstruction of St. John’s Lane • Part “D” Guide Rail Repair • Part “E” Sewer Spot Repairs • Part “F” No-Corrode Lateral Replacement • Part “G” Milling Placement Technical specifications and drawings are available for download on the Bids & Tenders website at https://cornwall.bidsandtenders.ca. All plan takers must be registered on the Bids & Tenders platform. Alternatively hard copies of the contract documents may be obtained, with one business day’s notice, from the Procurement Services Office located at 100 Water Street, Cornwall, Ontario, K6H 6G4, after May 14, 2026. Hard copies of the contract documents are subject to a non-refundable fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), payable to the City of Cornwall.
