This project involves the supply of all labour, material and equipment necessary to supply, deliver and install approximately ± 39 window blinds at the City of Cornwall’s new housing building, Massey Commons, located at 1520 Cumberland Street, Cornwall, Ontario as per the specifications herein. 

All bid submissions must include:

  • For each item - a design layout (including measurements of the item), brand name, model number, specification list, available colours/laminates, brochures and/or pictures.
  • All dealer or manufacturers warranties.
