The Corporation of the City of Cornwall (City) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective partners for the purpose of establishing a list of Suppliers to participate in a pre-qualification process and subsequent Tender for the Supply and Delivery of bulk Potable Water Coagulant to be used in the City’s Water Purification Plant (WPP) process to produce municipal potable water.
