This project involves supplying all labour, materials and equipment necessary to perform a spring and a fall, janitorial deep cleaning at the Paramedic Services Stations located in various communities in the SD&G Region in Ontario, as per the specifications herein.

Locations

The Paramedic’s Division is looking for a spring and fall deep clean of the following locations:

• Alexandria Ambulance Station, located at 188 Kenyon St. West, Alexandria.
  • Approximately 900sq/ft with 13 windows (with 10 small in garage)
• Avonmore Ambulance Station, located at #16307, Hwy #43, Avonmore.
  • Approximately 720sq/ft with 9 windows (with 3 small and two windows in the door entering the garage)
• Lancaster Ambulance Station, located at 221 Military Rd., Lancaster
  • Approximately 600 sq/ft with 7 windows (with 3 small in garage. This is an upstairs station and 4 of the exterior windows will require ladder access)
• Long Sault Ambulance Station, located at 409 Moulinette Rd. Long Sault.
  • Approximately 900 sq/ft with 17 windows (with 8 small windows in garage doors)
• Morrisburg Ambulance Station, located at 12433 Cty Rd. #2, Morrisburg.
  • Approximately 640sq/ft with 6 windows (with 1 full in garage)
• Winchester Ambulance Station, located at 656 St. Lawrence St., Winchester.
  • Approximately 740sq/ft with 5 windows (with 0 in garage)
