BIDDERS MUST COMPLETE THE TENDER REQUEST FORM AND REQUEST THE TENDER DOCUMENT FROM PURCHASING SERVICES IN ORDER FOR THEIR BID TO BE COMPLIANT. The work for this project involves the construction of Phase 1 of a new social / affordable stacked townhouse complex, to be located at on Pitt St. North, immediately south of the 401 overpass on the west side, Cornwall, Ontario. The new social/affordable housing complex will consist of nine new 3-storey, two bedroom stacked townhouses built in multi-phases. Phase 1 includes the construction of 3 of the nine townhouses and the civil work for the entire site.
