The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified Consulting Engineering Firms to provide engineering services for the Fennell Crescent Pumping Station Upgrades as well as the SCADA upgrades at the Queen Street and Harbour Road Pumping Stations. The scope of work to be completed by the Consultant includes: detailed design reports for all three pumping stations, Schedule B Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, preliminary and detailed design services, preparation of specifications, detailed cost estimates, construction administration, public consultation, post-construction services, etc. The scope of work is more particular described in the Terms of Reference.
