Supply of all labour, material and equipment necessary to perform snow clearing and ice control for Cornwall S.D.&G. Human Services Department - Housing Services Division sites located in the City of Cornwall, Ontario for the period of two years, from approximately November 1, 2026 through to and including April 30, 2028, with the option to renew for one additional season in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the locations listed in this tender document. 

The Corporation reserves the right to initiate the services covered under this agreement before November 1 and/or extend them beyond April 30, each year, if either situation is deemed necessary at the tendered rates. 

Additionally, the Corporation has the right to delay service start date or initiate early completion of services due to anticipated lack of snow events.

Suppliers may bid on individual locations and the City may award by location, in whole or not at all.
