BIDDERS MUST COMPLETE THE TENDER REQUEST FORM AND REQUEST THE TENDER DOCUMENT FROM PURCHASING SERVICES IN ORDER FOR THEIR BID TO BE COMPLIANT. Infrastructure & Municipal Works repairs and replaces water and sewer pipe, fire hydrants, valves etc. To improve efficiencies, these products are inventoried in the Corporation of the City of Cornwall’s Water and Sewer building located at 1246 Ontario Street. This project involves the supply and delivery of municipal waterworks and sewer appurtenances (adapters, couplings, elbows, repair sleeves, valves, manhole & catch water basin frames and covers, concrete adjusters and sections, risers, etc), as identified by the schedules, on an “as is required” basis for a period of two years from approximately January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019. Electronic Copy Bidders must include with their bid submission electronically completed pricing schedules submitted in both hard copy and on USB flash drive. Pricing schedules are found on pages 16-39 as well as being available for download at www.cornwall.bidsandtenders.ca. |
