Joint RFP Supply of Telephone, Internet and Paper Ballot Tabulator Voting System for the 2026 Municipal Elections The lower tier municipalities of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the City of Cornwall are seeking proposals for the supply of a telephone, internet, and composite paper ballot/tabulator voting system for the October 2026 Municipal and School Board elections. Proposals must be submitted electronically to clerk@southglengarry.com to the attention of Kelli Campeau, General Manager of Corporate Services/Clerk by Monday, August 25, 2025 at 13:00 (1:00 PM, EDT).
