This project involves the janitorial labour for stand cleaning after special events at the Cornwall Civic Complex and Benson Centre, as well as miscellaneous cleaning duties at the Aquatic Centre on an "as needed" basis, for the contract period from date of award to July 31, 2021. The City will provide the successful supplier with all janitorial supplies associated with this quotation.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, events are unknown at this time. ** The number of man hours is an approximate requirement and such is only an estimate and the Corporation of the City of Cornwall makes no guarantees that these hours will be met or exceeded. Prices are to be per man hour and must include all costs associated with the supplying of labour for janitorial services. Site Visit by Appointment A site visit by appointment may be required for those suppliers seeking additional information. Photos may also be requested if unable to attend in person. Please contact Jason Lavallée, Supervisor, Complex Maintenance to arrange a date and time by email at JaLavallee@cornwall.ca. All requests for site visits should be completed by July 13, 2020. Please Note: Site visits will be held respecting current Covid-19 restrictions. Suppliers must maintain the 2 metres social distancing rule and/or wear a facial mask (If Mandatory). |
