The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified multidisciplinary consulting firms to provide site plans and architectural and engineering design services for the future construction of the social/affordable housing units, to be located on Country Road, immediately adjacent the current Morris Glen Court in Morrisburg. The scope of work to be completed by the Proponent includes: a site plan with functional design study and space/needs analysis, schematic and detailed building design, interior design, preparation of tender specifications and contract documents, obtain site plan, obtain building permit, construction supervision and administration, building commissioning and post-construction services. Mandatory Site Visit HAS BEEN CANCELLED. |
