The City of Cornwall is seeking professional services to complete a survey to determine the presence of designated substances and hazardous materials for the subject property 304 Baldwin Avenue. The City wishes to clear the property of all buildings. The purpose of the survey is to advise the demolition contractor on appropriate material handling and disposal requirements. Designated substances are those regulated under the Canada Labour Code (Part II), Canada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (Part X), the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), as well as Ontario Regulation 490/09.
