Bidders can create an account free of charge which permits the bidder to register for a bid opportunity. (IMPORTANT: ONE ACCOUNT ONLY TO BE CREATED PER ORGANIZATION. ADDITIONAL CONTACTS MAY BE ADDED TO THIS ACCOUNT). There may be a document fee applicable to some bid opportunities.
